Jarel originally came from the web design and IT world.  He has over 15 years of experience in web design, graphic design, and custom website development. He went to school and worked for web development companies in Santa Rosa California, where he was able to learn from some of the best Bay Area entrepreneurs.

With Jarel’s knowledge and experience in the tech industry, it was a natural transition to help his wife start her own insurance agency.  Using that knowledge, Jarel implements technology to increase the customer experience and satisfaction for Culley Insurance Group’s clients.  This technology has propelled Culley Insurance Group to become a truly modern digital agency.
